01. What kind of staffing services do you offer?
Nightingale Staffing Services offers per diem and full time staff for Nursing homes and other medical facilities. The professions could include C.N.A, L.P.N., R.N. or Allied Health professionals. Contact us today and we will work with you to immediately address your staffing needs, and we guarantee your satisfaction.
02. What can we expect if we contract with you for our staffing needs?
Our goal is to take the burden of staffing for your facility off from you, so you can focus on other aspects of managing your facility. We will get a scheduler assigned to work directly with your scheduler who will put together a staffing plan and identify the right staff for your needs. We also have a self service mobile app which is used by all our staff and they can pick up the shifts as they become visible. We open up the shifts to the staff that we believe is the right fit for your needs.
03. Do we need to sign-up for a long term commitment with you?
This will depend on the type of services you need. A contract provides you protection from fluctuations in market rates for healthcare professionals, You clearly know what you will pay for each skills and other terms of service including quality of service.
A contract also helps us to make sure we have the right staff and capacity allocated for your upcoming needs.
But if you have short term needs due to any of your staff taking short term time off, or surge in resource needs we would be more than happy to sign a short term contract for the tenure you are looking for.
For full time positions you would not require any contract and you can check with us on the hiring commissions and we will only require you to sign agreement in that regards.
Please Note: You can terminate the contract anytime, there is no penalty of any nature.

04. How do you ensure quality of service & committed staff?
We already have a pool of 600+ nursing & CNA professionals, who have been with us for a while and are proven and trustworthy. In addition, every new professional who applies to be in added to our pool is vetted with ultimate care starting from the time they apply till we make a decision to on-board. We verify their license/certifications, TB test, CPR certification, Reference checks and background checks.
In case of full time positions, we identify the best resources available in your area and go through the same rigor as for our own nursing pool.

03. How do I search and apply for open positions with Nightingale Staffing?
We have a powerful job board which is accessible via our "Apply Now" link in top menu, you can search and apply for the job and location you prefer. We will move you through our process and get your on-boarded if you are the right fit for the assignment.

04. Can I sign a multi-week contract?
Yes. if you would like to get a more predictable assignments for 4-6 weeks, we can work with you and one of our facilities based on your preferences and get you signed-up for a 4-6 weeks contract tenure. This allows more predictability and assurance of the shift and location of your choice. Contact us today for details on contract assignments.
